Vintage 1985 See & Sew Butterick Pattern for Women’s Dress

This is Butterick’s See & Sew line #5392 Women’s dress in sizes 14, 16, and 18. The pattern was cut and neatly folded back with the instructions in the original envelope by my Japanese aunt (hence the writing on the cover) back in 1986.
