Vintage 1986 handmade clock with woman on Harley Davidson motorcycle

Flaws: there are some tiny spots on the woman and the motorcycle if you look up close, clock does not work, the hands on the click are slightly bent, at certain angles you can see smudge marks in spots. Please see all photos. This is a poster on a piece of wood with some kind of poly coating on top. Measures approximately 19” by 23”.
