Vintage 1989 Handmade Bolivian Blazer

This one of a kind women's suit jacket was handmade custom by a Bolivian seamstress in 1989 for my grandmother, who was a diplomat stationed in the country at the time. It has buttons all the way up and padded shoulders. Gorgeous traditional South American embroidering. Royal green color with gold. Fits like a women's petite medium or size 8.
