Vintage 1989 Vivian Tam Royal Blue Pleated Skirt

Pleated A-line skirt. Fits snug at hips then slightly tapers out. Falls just below the knees. This skirt looks great with boots, or heels! Pair it with a camisole, cardigan, or a button up.
