Vintage 1989 XL Huntington High School Letterman Jacket

I mean, does it get any more classic than this? This was my high school varsity jacket as I was the queen of high school spirit in 1989. They don't make jackets like this anymore. It is clearly oversized as most things were in the 80's. My name is stitched on the jacket with the school year. It is very quilted and warm with cuffed sleeves and high school name on the back. Sleeves are that fun pleather material that you just can't find any more. The coat was obviously a special order at the time. It got lots of wear in my senior year of High School. Normal wear and tear for a jacket that is 35 years old. Great for a movie set/costome designer. Size is labeled 46 because I think it's typically a man's jacket. But because my name is stitched on it, I am listing for women. :) It's a very heavy/thick jacket with the quilting, wool & imitatation leather sleeves. Tag says it is 100% polyester, 85% processed wool, 5% other fibers & 10% unknown material. Hysterical. But made in USA. Please note the obvious; this is vintage. It won’t come in perfect off-the-shelf brand new condition. That is the beauty of of vintage. It is old, used and unique for someone new to use, enjoy and recycle ♻️ so we don’t have a disposable fashion economy.
