Vintage 1990 sleeveless cotton hand painted dress

Victoria Made in USA black sheath in 100% cotton. Hand-painted orange flower with greenery, outlined in gold paint. Front of dress has flower near left shoulder, flower on the back of the dress is near the hem. Vintage 1990's. Scoop neck to hem is 35", bottom of pit across dress to bottom of pit is 20". Armhole at shoulder to bottom of pit, 9 1/2". Hem, side to side is 23 1/2". Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, line dry.
