Vintage 1990s 2000s Blouse with Pockets, Pink Neil Martin Button Down Shirt

Cute vintage blouse circa the 1990s early 2000s. Two breast pockets, shoulder pleats, and buttons up the front. Little slits at the sides. Label reads: Neil Martin, poly, size 10, but do check the measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. One dime sized very very faint tannish smudge, see photos. Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at bust and waist. Armpit to armpit across bust: 43" Waist: 41" Shoulder to bottom hem: 24" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
