Vintage 1990s Black Lace Drop Waist Dress, Passports of Pier 1 Imports Size S/M

Black lace drop waist dress from the 90s. It buttons up the front. The bodice and skirt are lined but the sleeves are not.  Brand - Passports of Pier 1 Imports Content - 60% Rayon 40% Nylon, Lining - 65% Rayon 35% Cotton Size - Labeled Small but I'm a modern Medium and it fits me with room to spare so please check measurements to ensure fit Shoulders - 17" across Chest - 20" pit to pit  Sleeves - 22" from shoulder seam Waist - 19.5" across Hips - approximately 26" across Length - 38.5" Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
