Vintage 1990s Black Sparkly Asymmetrical Halter Dress

90s City Triangles asymmetrical sparkly halter dress! I absolutely adore this one, it’s from one of my favorite 90s brands!!! This fabulous piece has a sheer sparkled layer overlain onto a soft stretchy lining layer. In great condition, maybe missing a couple sparkles on the back, no other flaws noted.
