Opulent 1990s sequined and beaded gown from Black Tie. The long sleeved bodice is fitted and absolutely encrusted with sequins and beads in a floral pattern. The bodice hugs the waist and hips. The chiffon skirt is very full with lots of movement, the lightness balances out the business on top.
