Vintage 1990s Black Velvet Dress by Jessican McClintock Gunne Sax UNWORN!!

Here is a wonderful dress from the 90s by Jessica McClintock Gunne Sax. It's 100% rayon and made in the USA. Black velvet throughout with delicate white lace trim. Shoulder pads with a little ruffle on the shoulders. Scalloped design in the blouse section hangs down over the skirt section, creating a nice look. 22" zipper down the back with two button closure above it. And here's the best part...it's never been worn! It still has the original hanging tags from both designer and retailer. This dress is in amazing, like new condition, and dying to start it's life after all these years. The tag says Size 11, but here are the actual measurements taken laying flat. The only way to be sure this will fit is to compare these numbers to a garment that fits you well. Please don't rely on the size listed in the tag. Sizing was super different then than it is today!
