1990's gorgeous velvet 100% cotton made in India shoulder bag. Embroidered design on the front, with beautiful flowers and other accents in red, white, and green. Has ties for closure. Light Blue interior with one zipped up pocket. 16" wide x 10" tall x 5" deep x 11.5" straps This has been soaked and laundered but still has stains along inside. See photos. Otherwise exterior is in beautiful condition.
