Pretty vintage black blouse from the 1990s. Has a rounded collar, shoulder pads and a single breast pocket. Long sleeves. Label reads: Neil Martin and says its a size 6 but do see measurements below. 100% poly. Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting. Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" Waist: 39" Shoulder to bottom hem: 24" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
