Vintage 1990s Blue Drop Waist Formal Dress

Fabulous 1990s seafoam blue drop waist tulle dress!! 🩵🩵 Absolutely stunning piece of clothing. Skirt has five layers of fabric, with lining, tulle, lining, and two more layers of tulle. Bouncy, elegant, and so much fun!! Dress is in great condition, the only flaw is that there is a is a small torn part of exterior tulle on backside at bottom, it tends to get lost in the sea of fluff. See last pic. Incredibly well made piece! There is also an optional matching satin sash. Sash has some marks/scratches on it. Brand is Dave and Johnny by Laura Ryner. Measures 15” at the natural waist and 18”-19” at the bust (possibly slightly more with princess seams), measured flat, doubled for full. 48” from shoulder to hem.
