Vintage 1990’s Bryan dress

Adorable Bryan dress with lace and ruffles. Vintage 1990’s. Buttons down the back. Very good condition. Size tag missing but I’m guessing it would fit anywhere from 12 to 24 months. Measurements: pit to pit is 11.5”, and shoulder to bottom is 15.5”.
