Vintage 1990s EIC New York beaded dress 16w black pink floral

Take yourself back to the roaring 90s. Beautiful 1990s vintage dress with black lace top slip overlay with pink, black, flower beaded dress. The bottom flows perfectly. There is a small tear on top of one strap, and it is pictured. The dress has a crowl look in front, showing top of black lace slip. Since it was purchased in the middle 1990s, it is in great condition. Original owner worn three times. Size 16w length front 51 inches back 53 inches. Across bust 38 inches. Sleeves 12 inches. (straps). Waist 30 inches.
