Vintage 1990s Floral Mini Skirt by Star Cody 90s Boho Skirt Feminine Y2K

Vintage flowy miniskirt that typifies 1990s style in a pretty blue and orange floral pattern by Star Cody. Pair something sweet like this skirt with something tough like some Doc combat boots, and it’s perfect. Waist measures approximately 14”, but back half of waistband is stretchy, and length measures approximately 15”. Hem hangs slightly longer in one spot, but I think that’s from many years of hanger storage, and it will straighten with wearing and washing. In excellent vintage condition overall. Questions?
