Awesome skirt from the 90s. Measures 16-1/2 inches at waist and is 21 inches long. Side zip. Size 12. Made of viscose rayon. So much going on -- lace, bow, side zipper, net underskirt, square black beaded sequins, black cording. Very cool. It's unlikely you will see anyone else wearing one like this one. Important Information: I don't accept returns, so please be sure of your measurements. Lay a garment that fits you well on a flat surface and measure armpit to armpit, waist, hips.
