Vintage 1990s Green Dress with Shrug Maxi Dress Lined Sleeveless Size 16

This women's/ Misses Size 16 vintage dress with shrug is oh so comfy and cute! Sold in the 1990s, this vintage sleeveless maxi dress is fully lined with ruffles down at the bottom. A Wild Thyme brand. As pictured, there are a few or so snags. I have not snipped the snags off so as to be completely transparent. :) 100% polyester. Measures approximately 51" long at the longest. If you are chemically sensitive, please note that there is a slight scent. I'm not sure I would qualify it as a fragrance, however, as it doesn't bother me at all. It was in a wooden storage chest for about 6 years, so it could be simply a "stale" smell. Regardless, our home is fragrance-free and smoke-free, and we have a feline.
