Vintage 1990s Indian Black Maxi Skirt, Gold Metallic Embroidery, Andrew Sport

Two layer long sheer black skirt from indian with gold metallic embroidery. It has an elastic waist with a drawstring so it can fit various sizes. I believe it's from the 80s or 90s but couldn't find much info on the brand.  Brand - Andrew Sport Totally Smart New Generation Clothing Unspoiled Content - 100% Rayon Size - Labeled Free Size, I think it could work for up to a size large but please check all measurements to ensure fit.  Waist - 17.25" across measured flat, 19" pulled taut, it can be cinched in smaller with the draw string Hips - approximately 30" across Length - 34.75" Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
