Vintage 1990s Joni Blair Sz 9 floral print fit and flair mini dress

A pretty floral print over a black background this fit and flair dress is as comfy as it is flattering. There are decorative working buttons down the full length of the front. It has short sleeves with a slight padding. It is a sz 9, I wore it with a 34c chest size and sz 9 hips in the 1990s. It is made of Rayon and I found it light for the warmer days. Great as a sweet girly look or even a grunge look- that's 90's fashion, lol!
