Fabulous vintage 1990's unique novelty print "Negresco Serenading Frog" silk and spandex blend shift dress by Lilly Pulitzer! I have not seen this design before! So charming with the different vignettes of a cute frog playing different instruments outside the "Hotel Negresco" in Nice, France. Unlined. "Lilly" signature lace hem tape. Excellent condition! No flaws of note! Tagged a size 12. The silk and spandex blend has a nice amount of stretch.
