Vintage 1990s Red Dress Textured Mod Square Neck Hip Pockets Sheath | W 30"

A vintage 1990s or so sleeveless, women's dress, in a red textured material, mod style curved seaming, with a square neckline and hip pockets. Dress zips up the back and is unlined. Not sure if this was a sample but I couldn't find any other pieces with this label in my search.
