There is a front side kick pleat that is 17". Has elastic along the back waistline. 100% rayon. This is a thicker material than the standard rayon maxi. Colors include brown, tan, red and green. Excellent vintage condition. No issues. Flat measurements- Waist- 15.5" Unstretched, could go up to 17.5" stretched Waist to Bottom- 35" Slit Inseam- 17" Model is a modern size 6 (S/M).
