The shape of this skirt is so flattering and so romantic! Likely from the 1990s by a California brand, ZOE. Made 100% of rayon crepe in the U.S.A., this midi length skirt is all black with a print of the tops of bamboo stalks in red, teal, and white. The manufacturer's tag marks this skirt a size medium, it has a button and zipper closure.  Measurements: Waist 28", Hips free up to 40", Total Length is 25". Overall in great vintage condition with no major stains, snags, or tears.
