Vintage 1990’s floral print button up ruffle dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lualux. Literally in love with this dress but it’s too tight 😭. It was marked as 9/10 but the waist and bust are too tight for me (it buttons but it’s bursting.) but if you are a small 9/10, and have an hourglass shape, this is the dress for you!!
