This is an adorable Francine Browner blazer and shorts ensemble from the 1990s. Blazer is double breasted with 6 front black buttons and is nicely tailored with thin shoulder pads. Lapel is black. Fabric is likely acetate or polyester with possibly some cotton. Elastic waisted shorts to match. In gently worn condition with no notable stains or flaws.
