All Dressed Up brand vintage girls Christmas dress. Worn twice in 1996. Green velvet upper with white lace trim around collar. Short sleeve green velvet. White under slip with lace & glittery cream & gold overlay. Attached glittery flowers & bow on chest. Lace accent on hem of dress as well. Two green button closure on back.
