Vintage 1996 NWT Beautiful Beverly Clark Tiffany Lace Garter with pearls and satin ribbon. Lovely for a Bride to Be. New, never used condition. Original plastic packaging is fragile from age and storage. Garter is in new perfect condition and still on plastic board part of packaging. I researched this vendors garters and can not find any of this quality. This beautiful garter is no longer made. Seems newer designs are cheaply made, not this one it's lovely!
