Vintage 1998 Shoe

West Nine shoes. Open back with a stretch strap. Purchased in the 90s and still in great wearable condition. Very comfortable fit for the lady on the go! Rarely worn. Just sat in my closet. But as photogrphed there is a blemish, but also photographed it's undetectable when worn. Still very wearable pair of dressy vintage look!
