Vintage 2 PC NINO WONG ART-TO-WEAR MAXI DRESS & OVER SHIRT W PADDED SHOULDERS XL

This extraordinary vintage rare lagenlook two piece watercolor coastal beach art on 100% rayon sleeveless maxi dress with one side slit, two pockets a matching and a short sleeved button over blouse. The dress and blouse both have hints light weight denim edged trim. This designer had a spurt of popularity in the 1980s and his pieces are limited in the market. I've tried to put enough images highlighting the exceptional art to wear watercolor of boats water and the sunset. There is one side slit. Perfect to wear at the beach, pool side, boating, yachting, on vacation, holiday or to festivals or parties. There are three things to point out. 1) There is small faint spot on the back of the dress neckline. 2) The dress is shown belted for styling (this belt is not included).
