The Jacket closes with Velcro. Material has a shine to it. The sleeves can be rolled up or left at 3/4 length. Skirt has front zipper. This outfit is sophisticated, sassy and classy at the same time. A pair of sharp boots or black patent leather stilettos will set this outfit off even more. One minor flaw, if it is a flaw, but not obvious. The front invisible zipper pocket on front of jacket seems to have a barely noticeable white mark. Probably will come out in dry clean. This is a $600 outfit and so the outfit is priced considering the barely noticeable flaw, and again, if that’s what it is. It was packed away for a long time and I assume something was pressed on it. Look closely at the picture with the zipper pocket. It’s barely noticeable but must be mentioned. Make your best OFFER! You may be surprised!!! This is an outfit you can wear almost all year round. Only worn once!
