Adorable 2 piece vintage dress. White overlaying bib with windmill & flower scene that ties at the side, over a skirt-lined, sky blue striped dress with white collar. The dress has loose-fitting belt in the back with 2 buttons for adjusting the waist. The dress is missing a button in the back, which is otherwise covered by the white overlay. Please see photos.
