Vintage 2000s 90s Deadstock Diva by Rachel Pappo Sheer Ruched Swimming Skirt

Deadstock, new with tags. in excellent vintage condition, with no issues with stretch and elastic. waistband area is a non-see-through white color, and the rest is a sheer mesh-like material. extremely gorgeous, and would look even better when worn and in motion (dancing/walking/etc.). circa 90s to 2000s, but may be earlier. size small.
