gorgeous 2000s cowl neck sleeveless silk top with matching asymmetrical ruffle skirt. fits approximately the same size as label (size XL or 16). bust fits up to 44 inch. purple print. waist fits around 36-38 inches. if your waist is smaller, it may fit slightly lower on the waist (low rise). elastic band waist which is why there is a range. excellent vintage condition.
