Vintage 2000s Y2K prom dress ice blue

Icey blue satin handmade 2 piece corset prom dress from 2001. I made this and never wore it, and have kept it for 19 years. It has been protected in a bag, hence the folds around the invisible zipper. Corset top has hand set swarovski rhinestones, boning for shape, and the back lace is fraying but can easily be replaced. Small mark on top. Corset is 13" top to hem, adjustable xs-s Skirt waist is 13" lying flat and 36" length. For reference I am 5"0 and waist is 24.5-25 in
