Vintage 2003 Tiara International light green cardigan women’s L

Super cute vintage button up cardigan! In good secondhand condition with a small hole in right shoulder and mild stain on left sleeve (see photos). Made of 55% ramie/45% cotton and has shoulder pads, though they look pretty easy to remove if you want. See photos for measurements and care/material tags!
