Vintage 30 inch long blue skirt with blue embroidery accents elastic waist.

This skirt is a vintage studio West apparel size medium 100% rayon. This skirt is blue similar to an indigo blue and is 30 inches long with an elastic waist. There is some wear at the waist where the strings are. The waist is approximately 15 inches across laying flat. This item needs to be hand washed cold separately as when it was laundered it did bleed color. The skirt is darker blue than it is photographing in the picture. This is a vintage item and was laundered per guidelines
