Vintage 40’s 50’s Pat Hartly Secretary Dress Please Read Full Description

This is a vintage Pat Hartly secretary dress, this dress features a fitted bodice and full skirt. It has black, gray, red, green, and gold stripes and is made of a “linen” feel material, the tag looks like it says a size 15 but it is unclear, so please look at all measurements provided, due to the age the dress is sold AS IS it is missing the last button on the bottom, and has some staining on back of left sleeve and hem (photos have been provided) the skirt looks to have had a tool petticoat that was cut off.
