Vintage 40s Cream and Turquoise Dress

MEASUREMENTS COMING SOON Vintage 40s or early 50s dress with hand sewn turquoise trim. This dress was expertly let out to accommodate a larger size. Some sewing marks where the seams were undone are visible under very close scrutiny but would not be visible under normal circumstances. She used tags to extend the bias tape around the hem. This alteration is so well done it’s a delight to see. There are some marks on the chest where she wore a brooch.
