Vintage 40s Dutch Wool Beret by Zwart

Vintage Dutch beret by Zwart. Groningen knitwear outdoor model beret, from the late 1940s. Rare make. Has leather piping and a bow at the back. Faded writing reads most likely reads “groningsche tricotage”. No material tag but feels like wool. Size has been rubbed off.
