Vintage 40s style half hat / fascinator

This gorgeous half hat is from Frederick & Nelson. Im not sure on the year, but this sort of hat was popular in the 1940s. Wear it for a costume or, better yet, stepping out on the town in your retro finery! The soft velour material is very dark blue or black (depends on the lighting.) It's in great condition, esp for a vintage piece. I've included a pic of the one imperfection- a spot in back where the velour is brushed in a straight line. Very very subtle (you'd have to be looking for it.)
