Interior circumference (un-stretched) measures approx. 6.25 inches Width measures approx. 1 inch Silver tone with clear prong set rhinestones The Speidel company introduced the scissors action expansion band for watches and jewelry in 1936. The idea was widely copied. This piece most probably dates from the 1950's.
