Vintage 50's 60's black wiggle dress large size

Vintage black wiggle dress... thinking 50's or 60's. Bought it from a vintage dealer. Never worn by me, too big now after losing weight. The top layer is perforated, in a very cute keyhole design! Inner layer is also black, so no sheer or see thru! Only part that doesn't have an inner layer is up at the top! Like peek a boo shoulders, so cute! Cute velvet strip waist detail. Zipper back. Barely any stretch, so keep that in mind! No flaws that I'm aware of! Feel free to ask questions!
