Vintage 50s Arnart Lady Figurine with White Poodle Dogs Lace Skirt Victorian

Vintage 1950s lady figurine. She is wearing a green lace dress overlayed on porcelain. She has a black hat with bows and roses that ties under her chin. She has two white poodles affixed via a chain leash. The dogs has gold glittery details and pink rose hats on their heads. The lady measures 6.25" tall and 3.25" wide. The dogs are approx 2.5" tall. In good vintage condition for its age, the lady is missing her umbrella piece. The porcelain is well intact, though may have some very light tiny chips to the details (none that I see and if so, it is very minute). The lace skirt does have discoloration. The piece displays well!
