Vintage 50s Arnold Constable Platter Hat w Velvet Ribbon - Hey Viv ! * Special Feature: Vintage Platter Hat is two colors, light tan colored on the top and darker brown under the brim. * There is a 1 1/4" brown velvet ribbon and bow across the top of the hat. * The inside has a brown grosgrain ribbon where it sits on your head. This is a good tilt hat and can be worn at any angle with a hat pin to hold it in place. * The sides of the veil are intact with splits.
