Vintage 50s Black Taffeta Dress Ruffled Skirt

Vintage dress by Georgette. Bodice is plain. Skirt is layered ruffles lined with netting. snaps on interior waist, perhaps where a petticoat would attach(?). High neckline on front and deep-ish V in back highlighted with a bow. Zip back. Missing eye from hook & eye closure No size label Measurements: Length: 45” Waist: 14.5” Sleeve opening: 4.75” Pit to pit: 17.5” The dress has many holes (a few in the arms, bodice and collar) and rips in the hemline.
