Made by Casino by Sylvia De Gay, has a store label from the Clothes Horse in New Hope, Pennsylvania. CONDITION: The top hook in the hook and eye of the waistband closure has loose stitches, no other issues or problems. SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS: Labelled vintage size 12, measurements are waist 22.5", hips measured at the base of the zipper 46", sweep 108", length 30". FIBER CONTENT AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 100% cotton, dry clean.
