Vintage 50s Cobalt Blue Circle Skirt with Gold Diamond Dots

I brought this gem from a vintage seller on Etsy and it is absolutely stunning and true to its photos. However, the skirt is too small for my waist so unfortunately I cannot wear it. The skirt is very unique and I have not come across something like it. It is made with a fabric that has a pressed in circles pattern. See last photo for its texture. The fabric surface has diamond print of gold on it.
