Vintage 50s Leru Pink Opalescent Moonglow Necklace, Clip-On Earrings Set

This vintage thermoset pink opalescent moonglow signed necklace and earring set from Leru is so charming. The pink stones look so pretty in the light, and the gold really pops against the soft pink color. I love the design of how the stones are set into the swooping gold arcs and the clip-ons are comfortable to wear. The necklace measures 8" when clasped and attaches at the back with a j-hook closure with a little gold flower piece dangling from it. The earrings are 1" tall x 1/2" wide. Leru was a Classic Mid-Century American costume jewelry company similar to Lisner and Coro and was in business from 1956 to 1960. They used thermoset plastic, rhinestones and moon glow Lucite set in metal frames for their pieces. This piece is a classic example of their high-end looking items marketed at a reasonable price.
